April fools

April fools is a tradition in wich people try to fool each other on 1st april. Some sources say that the special significance of 1st April originates from the French change to the Gregorian calendar, as ordered by Pope Gregory XIII in 1582. Before that it was New Year celebrations from 25th March to 1st April. With the change of the calendar system was New Year moved to 1st January. People who forgot or refused the new calendar system, got invitations for non-held parties.
